Account & Data Deletion Request
Request the deletion of your FleetKeeper account and all associated personal data.
Important Information
⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Before proceeding with account deletion, please ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep. If you are a company administrator, deleting your account will also affect all users and data associated with your company.

How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete from the App
The fastest and easiest way to delete your account is directly from the FleetKeeper app.

Open FleetKeeper
Launch the FleetKeeper app on your device -
Go to Profile
Tap on the "More" tab, then select "Profile" -
Find Danger Zone
Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom -
Delete Account
Tap "Delete My Account" button -
Confirm Deletion
Read the warning and confirm by typing your email address
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.
Email: support@fleetkeeper.app
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include: The email address associated with your FleetKeeper account
Processing time: Up to 30 days
Data Retention Policy
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of your request being processed.
- Some data may be retained for up to 5 years for legal and tax compliance purposes (e.g., invoices, transaction records).
- Backup copies are automatically purged within 90 days after account deletion.
- Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement purposes.
